Dr. Thai Binh Tran Appointed as Examiner for X-Leader 2025 Assessment Center
The organizing committee of X-Leader 2025 is pleased to announce that Dr. Thai Binh Tran has officially joined the Assessment Center as an Examiner, contributing her extensive expertise in leadership strategy and education to one of Vietnam’s most prestigious student competitions.
X-Leader, hosted by Foreign Trade University (FTU), is a flagship leadership development program designed to identify and nurture Vietnam’s next generation of business leaders. The competition draws top university students from across the country to engage in a multi-stage evaluation process, including CV screening, aptitude testing, case analysis, and leadership simulations.
The second round of the competition — the Assessment Center — was held on 18th May 2025 at the Base.vn's office. This critical round featured intensive group challenges and individual exercises aimed at assessing participants’ leadership qualities, critical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork in high-pressure environments.
In her role as Examiner, Dr. Thai Binh Tran evaluated the top-performing candidates who advanced from the first round. Reflecting on her experience, she shared:
